Active Voices had their Presentation with Chancellor Dworkin, V.C.’s Pula & Back, and Mr. Turner, Physical Plant Director. Camie presented the group with the Library PowerPoint. After the presentation, there was a short question and answer session lead by Carol. Each of the guests spoke about the library’s physical needs and funding. After the question session, Carol took the guests on an eye-opening tour to show the physical needs of the Library. The presentation in total took 35 minutes. The guests were thanked for their time and AV members had a short meeting afterward to give their impressions of the presentation. Overall, AV members thought the presentation was a success. The guests commented on how professional and well done the presentation was. Camie will keep in contact with the guests to see what will progress. Camie will have more information for the members at a later time.
