  • The Active Voices Constitution was sent around for members to sign their approval/disapproval once again.  One more time is needed for the Constitution to be valid and then it may be turned in to Gary Demski, Student Activities Director.

  • A Thank You card was signed by club members for K.R. Johnson for time spent speaking with the club about the Library situation.

  • Troy Tyler passed around one of his ideas for the Active Voices Logo.  Any questions or comments please contact Troy.

  • Camie Tyler did a rough presentation of the power point ideas she, Carol Wilson, Sue Antoszewski had come up with.  It was unanimously decided that Camie Tyler, since she is Active Voices President, will be the main presenter of the power point to PNC administration.  Carol Wilson will then be available for a Q&A session from the administration.  The club is asked to play “devil’s advocate” to come up with questions administration may ask so that Carol can be prepared ahead of time.  Any “devil’s advocate” suggestions, questions, or comments, please contact Carol Wilson.

  • Only student members of Active Voices will attend the actual meeting with administration (date to be determined).  There will be a mock presentation at our next meeting.  Please come prepared with any questions, comments, and suggestions.  All members (faculty/staff club members and club advisors) are welcome to the mock presentation.

  • F.Y.I – Next execution is June 22, 2005 at 12:01am of Michael Lambert.  The vigil would be June 21 (remember - executions are always just past midnight so the vigil would technically be the day before).  Any questions please contact Camie.
