v Vice President Update
o Camie once again explained situation to club of the attempts to contact Vice President Dawn to see if she was going to work out lack of interest situation.
o From the emails Sue and Camie sent, no response from Dawn and she did not show up for her chance for explanation at meeting.
o Sue motioned to vote her out of office, Carol seconded; unanimous vote to remove her from the office of Vice President.
o Camie will send written notification within 24 hours of the club vote.
v Camie informed club of Leadership Conference on March 10, for more information or to sign up, contact Gary Demski.
v Club awards will be April 21 hosted by Student Government. Camie gave out information on Club/Member/Leader/Advisor of the year. Camie will be submitted as Leader; Sue will be submitted as Member. Motioned by Troy; second Carol. Deadline for paperwork is March 15.

o Speakers and topics confirmed.
o Various tasks assigned:
§ Programs/Flyers – Troy

· Possible vhs tape/transcription for Library and Speakers?

o Still searching for mediator
o Request US and Indiana flags for presentation room.
v Cell Phone Update – 10-15 phones. Campaign running smooth.
v New Business:
o Carol motioned for club to update Constitution before semester’s end. Camie stated that will happen. Patrick stated he wanted to be involved with the update.
o Camie brought it to the club’s attention that flyers and write on posters have been taken down/stolen.
o Meeting times were changed from Friday afternoons to Monday evenings 7 p.m.
